Indoor Filter Supply is a locally-owned air filter shop located at 137 10th Street, Tracy, California. We sell and deliver residential pleated air filters to homes within a defined local service area.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

When you submit the checkout form, you are placing an order request — not a binding contract. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm the details, including filter sizes, total price, and delivery time. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud.

Prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the final price, including any applicable taxes and any delivery fee, at the time we confirm your order. If a price on the Site is incorrect due to an error, we will let you know before accepting the order so you can decide whether to proceed.

Payment is collected at the time of delivery. We accept payment by credit or debit card (processed via Clover) and cash. We do not currently store payment-card information on this Site.

We currently deliver to addresses in Tracy, Mountain House, Lathrop, and Manteca, California. We do not ship outside this area. If your address is outside our service area, please contact us — we may be able to make special arrangements but cannot guarantee them.

We aim to deliver confirmed orders within a couple of business days, often the same week. Exact delivery timing depends on stock availability and our weekly route. We will provide a delivery window when we confirm your order.

Because air filters are installed in your home's HVAC system, we accept returns or exchanges only on filters that are unused, in their original packaging, and reported to us within 14 days of delivery. If we delivered the wrong size or a damaged product, we will exchange or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us using the details below to start a return or exchange.

You are responsible for choosing a filter size and MERV rating that fits and works correctly with your HVAC system. The size printed on the frame of your existing filter is the most reliable guide. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help. We make no representation or warranty that any specific filter will be suitable for your system or eliminate any specific airborne contaminant; results vary by system, environment, and use.

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, branding, and design — is owned by Indoor Filter Supply or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the Site.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure
• Reproduce or resell our content or product listings without permission

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indoor Filter Supply from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products or the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or placing new orders after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
